So, all of a sudden, my kids are ravenous all the time.
For snacks.
Not so much at actual mealtimes.
They eat a ton of fruit and stuff but I can only stretch that so far in a week before it runs out and I have to substitute other things.
I much prefer homemade over pre-packaged snacks so I usually make cookies, but since being on my dessert-strike I’ve tried to steer clear of the homemade goodies.
I know my weaknesses pretty well.
That’s why I was excited to try this recipe for no-bake energy bites.
These are really quick and easy so go whip up a batch for yourself right now!
Somewhat healthy + peanut butter + tasty = LOVE
No-Bake Energy Bites
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup flaxseed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
Chill in refrigerator for half an hour.

Form into balls.
Keeps for up to one week in refrigerator (in airtight container), but they’re guaranteed to not last that long.

Sorry to say that I agree with Caleb on this one. Kinda weird! But I love the post! I would love to try this one. Where can you get Flax Seed oil?
No bake? Perfect! I think I can do this!
Ohhh, can’t wait to try these! Just what we need around here. Just threw the remainder of the Halloween candy OUT, because I can’t resist it, and I get tired of fighting the kiddos about how one piece means ONE piece ;) These look like they will be perfect! Thanks for sharing.

These look great! They’re a lot like ones I do with protein powder. How old are your kids? Mine are 14 and 12…. I don’t think they’d touch these. They don’t even like peanut butter. (Yes, we’re American.) :) I like these, though, and will be trying! Thanks for posting!
My kids are 2 and 4. They love them!
These sound great! Thanks for sharing
Love! I make similar little balls as well! So tasty.
***These look delicious!
