I don’t think I’ve had Valentines Day on the brain but I noticed an interesting pattern emerge while browsing through what’s been catching my attention on Pinterest lately.
Hearts.
Lots and lots of hearts.
So who knows.
Maybe it is because of V-day.
Or maybe just because I have two little girls.
Or MAYBE because I’m turning into one of those kind of people who like hearts and ruffles and stuff.
*gulp*

I desperately wanted to make it for Madeline’s bed.
But I know myself too well, and it’s definitely out of my skill range.

It’s not just because you have girls…..it’s just because we are getting older and the girliness is coming out. I have found that I am wearing more pink, curling my hair more, wearing make-up all the time, and just generally wanting to make lacey, ruffly, and PINK things!!! Sometimes I wonder if there’s something wrong with me…..I guess it’s just finally happening….I’m glad I’m not alone!
Yeah, it’s happening. It happened to me too. I was always a tomboy and now I like pink and purple. I think the little hearts on sticks are cute too. I think you should ditch the sticks and make a garland out of them. They would look cute connected by ribbon or even rickrack. You could even sew a pin back on them. That would be cute for a little girl to wear to church.

Totally LOVE LOVE your hearts! My three girlies would LOVE those waffles. They are LOVE makers. I think they will surely love you more if you make them!
