Today I told the girls to “fancify” themselves, then gave them the camera to have their own photo shoot.
The results were….less than stellar, but hilarious.
I love seeing ordinary things from a child’s perspective.

Capturing faces seems to be less important than the shoes, wands, dresses, and hugely important – the dancing.

And yet one of them managed to capture this perfectly clear photo (all the way down to the dust on the table) in the midst of the madness.

To aid them as they made themselves fancy I gave them some empty makeup compacts that I’d poured nail polish into. Now they have their own no-mess makeup.
Happy girls and happy mommy.
