We had a ton of fun with the Princess and the Pea this week.
Here’s a peek at some of the things we did.
The girls each painted their own princess. They were cuter before I tried to seal them and their eyes ran down their faces. Oops.
But that hasn’t stopped them from carrying their little lovelies around non-stop all week.
We made some beds out of foam, felt, and wood ovals…
…added a felt blanket and pillow…
…and don’t forget the queen hiding the pea!
I also whipped up some “featherbeds” and “mattresses” out of fabric scraps.
The coloring and activity pages (hidden pictures) were a big hit.
We never did get around to doing a few pea activities I had planned, but I have a feeling we’ll be coming back to this story again. ;)

This is so cute and fun for the kids. Will have to do a Fairy Tale week around here since the kids are big fans too. Pinning this to remember. Thanks for linking to the Craftastic Monday party at Sew Can Do!
Saw your post at the Nap Time Creations party. This is just too cute. Would make a great gift for all my girlfriends who have little girls.
