This yummy, frozen pie is the perfect treat on a hot summer day.
Which, around here, means most of the year.

Frozen Butterfinger Pie
(recipe found here)

chocolate pre-made pie crust
8-oz cream cheese, softened
8-oz container Cool Whip
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3 Butterfingers, coarsely chopped

Combine cream cheese, condensed milk, powdered sugar, and peanut butter.
Beat until completely smooth.
Fold in cool whip and Butterfinger bars.
Pour mixture into pie crust and freeze for 4-6 hours.

This pie is super creamy and rich, but loaded with calories, so it’s best to save it for special occasions.
You know, like National Hottest Day of the Year, or National Second Week of Summmer, and stuff. ;)
